The only thing new is today's CIA remarks making this the third presidential announcement of the disinclination to prosecute. That and the 6 waterboardings a day against that mug shot guy, KSM, with the bad head hair and copious back hair.

And just when you've breathed "what the fuck, why do I bother caring?" she has breaking news (that actually broke last Friday, but oh well), Spikey Mikey Issikoff, who I tend to trust a bit less than the distance I could toss him, we hear the AG Holder is the *only one* in the administration out of step with the rest.

Seems ol' Eric is all about investigating and may be on the verge of calling out a special prosecutor or investigator, or whatever.
