Edward Kennedy Serve America Act .... let it be just the first
It is arguable that one Senator Edward M Kennedy is the singularly most effective legislator in the history of our nation.

There is not much in the way of liberal, socially responsible legislation over the last 40 years in which he has not been involved.


If he is, indeed, the Lion of the Senate, he is the wisest and most caring of the breed.

Starting in the shadow of three older brothers, his greatness has been of a size that it shines on them all. And he has been their surrogate among us.





It would be **THE** most fitting tribute if there were the Edward M Kennedy Healthcare for All of America Act of 2009.
