get MSNBC. Most of the good stuff that is of interest is broadcast from that Cable network. My basic cable is so bad, I usually watch just 5 to 6 PM for NECN and nothing else. Rather read!

Verizon is coming, I gather you have to buy one of their expensive packages to get MSNBC so unless I watch KO, Rachel the next day at my computer, I don't get to enjoy. It is really uncomfortable to sit at a desk chair to relax.

No free choice on broadcasting. While Uncle Sam is checking into Credit Cards situation, how about they check the Cable and FIOS providers. Seems to me that "a la carte" should be a choice. I would be willing to pay more for less if I had the choice.

1. I don't understand why they did that ...
I have a digital box in my livingroom and have MSNBC (and TruTV). My bedroom TV just goes from the wall into the TV itself and I don't get those channels.

Odd that those 2 are missing.

3. That's weird
Both of my TV's are plugged into the wall and I get all the channels on both. I don't have a digital package, maybe that's the difference?

I really detest Comcast. They took over here a year ago and have been simultaneously cutting channels and raising prices.

8. Comcast...
Comcast switched our neighborhood over to digital a few weeks ago. That means all televisions plugged directly into the wall with coax cable only get a select number of channels. For me that meant all the crummy local channels, and Fox News (?!). In order for me to get MSNBC and all the other channels I like I had to order converter boxes. Comcast gave us two for free, after that they are 1.99!

Could it be that you just need a converter box for your bedroom television?

6. You need to search for an alternative.

You definitely are not getting a value with Comcast. Happy shopping.

Verizon phones now have 15 TV channels...MSNBC is one of them. The Titanium is the primary phone with mobile TV. I think it's $15.00 a month. Go check out Verizon Wireless. I'm getting ready to add a line for this services to watch at work.
