Incredible torture coverage by ABC

This is over the top but it was cleaned up enough for ABC news to show. The torture is so extreme it amounts to attempted murder. It was conducted on film by Sheikh Issa bin Zayed al Nahyan, brother of UAE's crown prince, Sheikh Mohammed.

I wonder how republicans can reconcile the horror on this tape with what they are defending.
