Why haven't we heard from "Dubya"?
With all the serious charges against him in the last week, you would think he would have at least released a statement? Cheney has been out front attempting to defend himself and the Administration. Dubya has said nothing? Is the little coward locked up in his room, shitting in his pants?

But, why should he worry? He has gotten away with everything his entire life? What's a little torture??

3. Maybe he's worried
that the repubs will come after him for destroying their party. He screwed McCain out of the presidency twice.

5. He was in my town (Cleburne, TX) in a hotel right next
door to me a couple weeks ago. Was in town to speak to a wounded veterans bicycle club:

John Wordin founded R2R two years ago. The organization hosts bicycle rides throughout America to raise funds for recovery labs to help injured veterans.

“I’m thrilled to be here with big John and the R2R riders,” Bush said. “And most of all to tell all you veterans how proud I am to be in your presence.”

Bush joked about his new status as a private citizen.

“People ask what I miss about being president, and, well, I miss a lot of things,” Bush said. “For one thing, if I were still president, I wouldn’t have had to drive from Dallas to Cleburne this morning, and I wouldn’t have had to stop for the red lights.

“But I most miss being the commander in chief of the U.S. military. We’re a blessed country because we have people who volunteer to serve in a time of danger to support our country and a citizenry who supports them.”

-snip-

Just an FYI.

Even Cheney would become concerned about pace maker malfunction if he gave a hint of crossing the Bush family.

10. Too much time, too much bubblewrap
My wife asked the same thing "What has Bush said about this?"

I said that I didn't think Bush knew about it at the time. Not an excuse, would you let him in on a important conversations?
