THEY did it, not us, please keep that in perspective. I am seeing sniper shots being taken at Pelosi and others in the Dem leadership. But I'm sorry, the blame (and trial for crimes against humanity) falls SQUARELY on members of the previous misAdministration, and Republican members of the House and Senate TODAY. And one more thing. I am wondering now why so many Thugs resigned at the end of their last term. Could it be they wanted to distance themselves from this issue?

And notice the silence from the Republican members of the House Intelligence committee, except for Peter Hoekstra, who is out front trying to deflect the blame.

I believe the prisoners were transferred to Bagram from Guantanamo by the Bush Administration (when the court decided that Guantanamo prisoners should in fact have habeas corpus rights). The ACLU filed a FOIA request yesterday to try to get information regarding what is going on at Bagram. "This Request seeks records pertaining to the detention and treatment of prisoners held at the Bagram Theater Internment Facility at
