What does the 'honk if you are paying my mortgage" bumper sticker mean?

I saw this today. The O in the word "Honk" was the Obama logo. I wasn't sure what they were getting at. Does this mean they are getting mortgage assistance? I thought I saw this same thing on one of the signs in a tea-bagger picture posted here.

If the vehicle's owner does not have problems paying the mortgage, it is typical RW "humor", in other words, NOT very funny and makes no sense.

If the vehicle's owner IS having problems paying the mortgage, it is typical RW misplaced anger (cut your nose off to spite your face) and voting against your own economic interests.
