What's going on at "Democracy for America" with their irritating fund raising?

We are getting barraged by "unknown caller" robo type calls hectoring us for money.

After several moments of silence a person who is extremely inarticulate comes on the line wanting money. They call us many times each week, sometimes early in the morning. We've written to them complaining about this situation and did not receive any response.

We have contributed to them in the past but we are very disappointed in them for now using these "collection agency" type calls.
