Credit Agencies and CC co's should be sued en masse.
As the usurious crooks half the limit of their best customers, and other ways to squeeze their last crooked dime out of us, credit ratings are no longer indicative of reality. Therefore, they are unconstitutional. They limit your pursuit of happiness. On somewhat arbitrary criteria. It isnt far from a man neither being able to buy nor sell. I am ready to pitchfork the punks myself. Toppling the system that greviously favors the idle rich needs to be enemy #1. It is undemocratic. We will NEVER again have this confluence of factors. Forward MARCH!!!

2. It can be considered a life tax without representation.
They use it to tax you on all your charges, like insurance, etc. This is unconstitutional.

3. Try again, Einstein
The Constitution refers to the government compelling you to pay taxes.

You can always tell credit card companies "No, thank you."
