A SERE trainer was on with Keith today and said that he had volunteered to do the waterboarding on Sean Hannity, and that he promises that he can get Hannity to say that Countdown is his favorite show. This guy was not joking, either. I believe him.

So what will Sean do now?

To be honest, I think KO is not wrong here. There is a more serious point to be made.

I beat the crap out of him with some of the most evil exercises from the depths of my imagination.

There was a medicine ball (8lbs), some chains, two Bosu balls, and a stopwatch involved.
