hey Chuck: I don't and I wasn't...

somebody in the WH did something stupid, and you try to make yourself look 'investigative' with Robert Gibbs...

all the M$M are getting back to work after their 8-year vacations...

1. Sure Beats Enabling For Torturers
You could see the corporate media is looking for any story that can get the torture one off the front pages...and I suggest this is also the sentiment at Captitol Hill and the White House. Many inside that bubble were complicit in all the abuses of the past 8 years and now they don't want any of us to look back or ask any embarassing questions. Instead, they're finding any diversion they can to bleat about...anything but discussing torture and the corruption that not only permeates the body politic but the corporate media as well.

Toad is just trying to play David Greogry. He sees his White House gig as his ticket to be the next Timmeh...at the top of the corporate media food chain. He does it by getting "face time"...becoming as much a "personality" as the people he is assigned to cover.

2. Chuck Todd asked a pertinent question...
and he SHOULD HAVE ASKED IT TOO. No one is above the glare. no one.

3. I agree with you
the question was legitimate.

I know there is a lot going on - but there should have been a reasonable response - which was lacking.

4. From your keyboard to God's ears...at least THIS is all there is to worry about.
that's sort of refreshing.

5. Maybe Chuck should talk to the NYC officials
who knew the photo opportunity was going to take place and didn't tell anyone, including Mayor Bloomberg. I understand that the Mayor is, as they say, not amused, at that little oversight.
