...has anyone heard anything about Holder and any possible forthcoming decisions regarding prosecuting Bush officials over the CIA torture memos?

it's not being plastered on the teevee...
I have no doubt that Holder is working on it...
it actually may be a good thing to be under the radar
at this point while he's getting his ducks in a row.
