Ok Geeks. What is this?
There are 3 gas inputs all adjustable. They are marked: Gas - Air - O
It is on an articulated adjustable mount
It stands 6.5" tall and is made out of brass.
Must weight 7-8 pounds

So - is there a technical name? What is this generally used for?

4. That would be my guess.
And the different valves allow for a combination of various gases.

18. Husband guesses something perhaps for Lab glass. Tubing bending????
Gas + air under pressure gives a high temp. Gas + O and shut off air = very high temps possibly to fuse steel? Cut steel? Fuse metals. Sort of like a welding torch. Could fuse metals in a Lab for experimental purposes.????????? That is his guess and he has a background in Arts and welding.
