GOP chair took down mocking Specter with cancer

This is a new low even for Ohio Republicans. The Hamilton County Republican Party posted a photo on their blog of Arlen Specter, hairless from from the effects of chemotherapy, and compared him with a photo of the Austin Powers character Dr. Evil.

UPDATE: Hamilton County Republican Party Chairman Alex Triantafilou has now obviously admitted the crudeness of his post by taking down the photos. As of this time, no apology has been included in either his post or in the comments.

10. The Republic Party is a hate group. I've said it for years.....
especially here in the South. And it's gotten much worse since the non-morons have taken over the US govt.

3. About them Republicans: They just ain't right.
It isn't normal for educated, caring people to go around hating others they way they do. They want to divide and separate. They want to condemn. The want to be the accuser, judge, and jury.

I wonder what happened to them to make them this way. Because unlike being born male/female, gay/straight, or black/white/otherwise, Republicans chose to be hateful. I don't think anyone is born with hatred toward others in their hearts, it's a choice they make at some point.

They just ain't right, I tell ya...

9. I don't recall Democrats (even here on DU) being this shameful
Yeah, Specter has been called a lot of stuff, but I don't remember any longtime posters here sliming him in such a way. Certainly it's never been the official headline on an elected Dem's website!
