Some fact & fiction on the flu -
Full article at: http://articles.mercola.com/sites/articles/archive/2009/04/29/Swine-Flu.aspx

Much Fear Mongering Being Promoted

I suspect you have likely been alarmed by the media's coverage of the swine flu scare. It has a noticeable subplot - preparing you for draconian measures to combat a future pandemic as well as forcing you to accept the idea of mandatory vaccinations.

On April 27, Time magazine published an article which discusses how dozens died and hundreds were injured from vaccines as a result of the 1976 swine flu fiasco, when the Ford administration attempted to use the infection of soldiers at Fort Dix as a pretext for a mass vaccination of the entire country.

Despite acknowledging that the 1976 farce was an example of “how not to handle a flu outbreak”, the article still introduces the notion that officials “may soon have to consider whether to institute draconian measures to combat the disease”.

Fortunately some respectable journalists recognize this and are seeking to spread a voice of reason to the fear that is being promoted in the majority of the media.

1. Oh, blah blah blah blah blah.........
The media's breathless, over-the-top coverage of the swine flu scare, and all other disease outbreaks, is to provide entertainment to the masses (to keep them pacified so they don't object to the fascist takeover) and generate ad revenue.

6. That photograph -
the one of the little kid and the pigs - is hilarious, and designed to drive the fear-mongers insane.

Someone has a very seriously wonderful sense of humor.

Thanks for a very good article.........

4. The media is whipping this flu thing into an epidemic for its own benefit.
Fear = more viewers = more ad revenue.

That's why they desperately try to find a hot topic of the moment, which they can ram down our throats. It serves two purposes: it diverts attention away from the real story, and it ups the ratings.

The media hates it when there isn't a blonde coed missing in some foreign land, or a celebrity murder trial, or when Lindsay Lohan just decides to stay home and away from the photographers.

They love dirty laundry.

10. Riddle me this batman if they were actually trying to get a good ol' fashioned panic
why didn't they use the following headline

Humanity at Risk

It was used abroad in other press outlets and actually was the statement of WHO?

if anything it tells me how much muricans actually love to be treated like sheltered children

By the way the vaccines are a fascist plot and pandemics have never, ever happened is an old anti science shtick

12. As a matter of fact, forced vaxing IS
Health Fascism. It's one thing to shut down schools, etc., but to inject God knows what kind of CRAP into the arms of everyone, or go to jail-with a HUGE possibility of worse sickness or probable death, I'm sorry, anyone that believes that's a better solution needs to step back a moment and rethink the options! Is it a part of our constitution?
