The Queen is a Veteran of WW2, as is Prince Phillip. It is unbelievable that she was not invited.

5. When I saw that man in the first photo in the 82nd Airborne "AA" patch on TV this morning
I thought to myself "That guy is probably close to 90 years old and he still looks like a total badass".

8. Just an observation.
Obama seems to exude a real gratitude toward the Veterans of that terrible day. Bush always seemed to be wishing he was elsewhere memorializing dead cocaine dealers.

9. Boosh hated to be overshadowed



He always wanted to be the center attraction. An event like this would have made him look more insignificant than usual and he would have been uncomfortable and his uneasiness would have been very noticeable. He was a little boy who never grew up ... in many ways. His doting parents may be to blame for that in a large part.
