Where will Gov. Sarah Palin make her first televised response to David Letterman? NBC's Today show.

Matt Lauer interviews Palin live tomorrow morning on Today. Palin will be live from Texas, where she made an announcement today regarding the Alaska pipeline project. The NBC release says Palin will talk about the pipeline, "her thoughts on the direction of the GOP, and she will address the recent controversy involving David Letterman and her family."

Lauer will be discussing the Palin/Letterman feud. NBC is two weeks into the new "Tonight Show" with Conan O'Brien. Apparently the "Tonight Show" ratings are sliding a bit and Letterman's are rising, which has to be a huge concern for NBC ("Tonight Show" has consistently beat Letterman).

My expectation is that there could be just a little bit of pressure for Lauer to tilt the feud in her favor, so people will be ASHAMED! to watch Letterman.
