Von Brunn complained to Naval Academy about minorities

ANNAPOLIS, Md. (AP) � The white supremacist accused of opening fire at the U.S. Holocaust Memorial Museum went last month to the U.S. Naval Academy in Annapolis to complain about minority enrollment at the school.

An academy spokesman tells The Associated Press that James von Brunn entered an administration building on May 29, seeking a meeting with academy officials.

Academy spokesman Cmdr. Joe Carpenter says von Brunn didn't meet with a senior academy official, but instead spoke with a school staff member.
