Peter King (R-NY) Owes Janet Napolitano an APOLOGY!
Remember that report, warning of RW hate group violence? After she had already backed off the report because of the howling loonies of the far right.. Peter King, as Ranking Member of Committee on Homeland Security.. demanded an additional apology from her in a hearing. Within TWO WEEKS of that mistreatment, two fatal shootings were prepetrated by RW hate filled madmen.

He owes her a big public apology.

1. No more so than ALL Republicans owe America an apology for the last decade.
Remember Republicans hate Government "Government is not the answer it is the problem" said Ronald Reagan and so Republicans refuse to actually "Govern". Republicans "Rule" while Democrats "Govern"

2. Absolutely.. In his position as ranking member of the
Homeland Security Committee.. to make a point to go after her AGAIN, once she had already (wrongly) had to step back from a 100% accurate and necessary report that was part of her doing her job...

He needs to make a big, public apology.

7. Not necessarily. He was one of the Main St. Reps that was seen as a moderate
along with guys like Amo Houghton, Chris Shays, etc.

4. But it's
Obama's fault that the loonies are acting out in this manner... That's what the rightwingers keep saying.

(they will never apologize because they have no feeling of shame)

6. Peter King
owes the human race an apology. But he is not capable of that.

8. He sure does, but he won't because...
he sees a promotion in his future-- preferably in the Senate if Gillibrand is weakened bt a primary fight, but he might just be eyeing the Governor's mansion. Apologies are for losers.

10. There ought to be a lesson learned from this.
Sadly I don't expect it will stiffen the Democrats spines in the future.
