Democrats and Liberals, do not have the same freedoms as Republicans and Conservatives..

By that statement in the header of my op.. we do not have the same freedom to make miscalculations and mistakes as the right does. It is part of their war plan, because "they" can say anything, but if "we" misspeak, we are held to a much higher standard by the right, and to be honest by our own.


Lets get honest, Letterman put his foot in his mouth and took a walk. Any other talking head on the right side of the aisle who had done that, would have been tsk tsk, and given a pass. For our side, it is a non stop 24 hour a day, 7 day a week story that morphs and grows.

Again sticking with the Letterman example, he was obviously making a stupid joke about the 18 year old who had been doing the media tour along with the "father" of her child doing his own media tour.

But what happens, the Palins jump on that like peanut butter, and the next thing you know they have out there that Letterman, (and by proxy all Democrats and Liberals) were calling for the rape of his 14 year old.

Now here is the conundrum in my thought process. What is going on in that family dynamic that a person would even jump to something like that? They are a very odd group to make that kind of jump. The next day they have it out that a 62 year old pervert (Letterman) is making sexual comments about their 14 year old??

Why no one has examined that is kind of interesting. This is NOT a defense of Letterman, but just using his poor taste as an example. But I digress.

Every move we make, must be perfect, or any thing we say, must not divert, or everything we stand for is bogus. That is how the uber right works.

Its not fair, but they have been getting away with it for years.

I consider republicans and conservatives to be America's abusive boyfriend.

I ache for the day we permanently dump these people to the margins of our society.

the playing field is by no means level. RW idiots are given endless face time to spew misinformation, progressives are given almost no face time at all.

3. They are going full boar right now..the liberal media is a hoax

Even if some are of a liberal bent, they go out of their way to dismantle Democrats and never fully question Republicans or Conservatives.. so afraid of being attacked themselves.
