I would like to know more about Mir-Hossein Mousavi
Is he pro-Israel? Does accept the Holocaust and 9/11 as facts, unlike Ahmadinejad? Is he for women's rights? Pro-US, Pro-UK, Pro-Western countries? Does he support the Iranian nuke program?

4. His neighbors say he was always such a nice, quiet boy.
Hey, he was picked by the mullahs to run also. Won't be much different.

Point is, he was robbed, and so he stands as a symbol of oppression by the regime. The ruling theocracy is the ultimate problem.

But dinnerjacket cannot have legitimacy any longer, and that's the mullah big problem. No one is going to negotiate with them any longer. We would hope. If they are willing to do this to their own people, who will ever trust their word on nukes and terrorism support?

5. He is not publicly pro Israel
Edited on Sat Jun-20-09 05:06 PM by tiny elvis
At least one party which endorsed him is pro Israel.
Iranian political parties only endorse approved candidates, rather than producing their own.
He is for women's rights, but everyone else, including Ahmadinejad, claimed to be for women's rights in this election.
He is pro western or pro capitalism, though he is endorsed by nominally socialist parties.
I have not heard him say a word about the nuke program.
