Will We Hear From The Minnesota Supreme Court Today About Franken/Coleman?.....
I thought it was going to be last Thursday - any word if we'll get a decision today?

I haven't heard anything, but I"m watching the SCOMN
site at 10 AM, which is when they release opinions.

5. As I understand it, there were something like forty citations in Coleman's case

and I think the SCOMN is just being meticulous, going through each one. After seeing the lower court shut down Normie's arguments so thoroughly, I think the supreme court is just goign to end this nonsense once and for all and leave zero room for further appeals.

The process has been slow, and I find it irritating too, but this process has been very organized.

4. Interview with a MnSCJ says he reads all the case law cited in the case by both sides.
Most cases take between 3-7 months to decide according to the reporter on the piece.

I guess there's no need to hurry. I wouldn't hire them to mow my yard.
