At a press conference, Bush will be seized by a strong bout of gas. Forgetting where he is, and in anticipation of the tremendous fart that this will bring, he twists up his features in concentration and lets it out. It isn't the fart that brings him down, but the cherubic glow of satisfaction at a job well done that does the trick.
