10.  I believe they have been low balling that figure from the beginning
even Ralph Nader (who use to be a hero of mine in the 70's) has said many times, this is the 1st time in history that they have actually lied about the number casualties.

why after all this time does it stay in the 3000 mark, they have lied about the Iraq causalities, whereas according to the UN is over a million.

I hope it doesn't take 30yrs for the truth to finally come out on this one, every week there is an average 4-10, we have been there for 4yrs.

Lance Cpl. Michael J. Smith Jr.

Hometown: Wintersville, Ohio, U.S.

Age: 21 years old

Died: April 17, 2004 in Operation Iraqi Freedom.

Unit: Marines, 3rd Battalion, 7th Marine Regiment, 1st Marine Division, 1st Marine Expeditionary Force, Twentynine Palms, Calif.

Incident: Killed in a firefight in Husaybah.

And this is from the Wikipedia article on Husaybah: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Husaybah

Following the election security conditions steadily declined and the insurgent presence increased, by mid 2006 the marines in Husaybah along with ones in the rest of the Anbar Governate were transferred to Baghdad in an attempt to suppress the increasing violence in the capital. By September 2006 Husaybah along with most of the Al Anbar Governorate was reported to be under Insurgent control.<1><2> The current Government of the city is composed of insurgents allied with the Mujahideen Shura Council.<3>

Way to go, Bush.

:sarcasm:
