Pentagon is shortchanging wounded soldiers
U.S. News Report shows the US. military appears to have dispensed low disability ratings to wounded service members with serious injuries and thus avoided paying them full military disabled retirement benefits.

1. The Democrats in Congress, should force the VA
to reconsider,and dare Bush to do something about it. Lets see the freepers and the dittoheads defend it. The VA head should try to defend it at the next VFW convention.

2. DoD will not expain and VA will go along
They are cutting cost on wounded veterans.
