1. If repugs say something isn't working taking the exact opposite position

the vast majority of the time will be the truth. They can't afford for the stimulus to work. Their entire modus operandi for this election cycle was to create such a mess to dump on the next Dem in the White House that he'd do nothing but fail for 4 years, thereby allowing the gop to retake control in '012. They need Obama to fail and in a big way. That's their only hope right now.
