The Problems I've noticed In the So-Called "Kenyan Birth Certificate"
Edited on Sun Aug-02-09 02:30 PM by WeDidIt
These were just upon first glance and took me a total of about 20 minutes to find:

http://www.scribd.com/doc/18018714/03118509265

1) The photograph has three resolutions embedded. The highest resolution is for the paper. The second highest resolution is the fabric background. The lowest resolution is the text.

2) Mis-spelled the name of the village that Obama's father was born in as "Kanyadhinng" instead of Kanyadhiang".

3) Gave the age of Obama's father as "26". He was born in 1936 and thus could not have been older than "25".

4) The certificate number is given as "47,044" which is remarkable considering that Barack Hussein Obama was 47 years old when he was sworn in as the 44th president of the United States.

5) Most damning of all, the font used is Schmutz, which was invented in 1995.

Post any of the problems you see here.

"Republic of Kenya" was not declared until after the date on the document

Document is a reproduced copy, birthers had a problem with that with Obama's COLB, this is no better (in addition to the fact it's a forgery)

219. This only shows how ignorant these people
and the M$M are. You are correct Kenya was not a Nation until Dec. 1964, so how was a Kenyan Birth Certificate issued on Feb. 17, 1964. This in itself should give lie to the rumor.

14. They use seals on certified copies in the US. It's part of how you
know it's the real thing.

Notary publics use their seal when they notarize a copy of something. They are verifying that it is a true and correct COPY of another document, not that the original is legit, FYI.

9. that's not a "0" in 47O44 - it's an O
Take a look at the district to the right of the 47O44 - same round O

Whoever typed this used the letter "O" in the document number and it matches the same "O" in the district (to the right of it)

The letter O is rounder than the number 0

This is from the legal document filed by Orly. Notice the letter "O" in her first name and compare it to the number listed right below her name (The box number). The "O" in her name is much rounder but the zeros are much narrower "0"

Someone played a GO0F of the birthers but they haven't figured that one out yet

The “47O44” looks really suspicious.

Yep, in his 47th year 0 became the 44th president of USA. But then, God has a good sense of humor, too. We'll just have to wait and see where this will end.

87. This doesn't disqualify the document
Some old typewriters didn't have a 1 or a zero; you used a lowercase L or uppercase I for the 1 and an uppercase O for a zero. It's possible the person who forged this knew this and used the "correct" characters you'd use on an ancient typewriter.

I like how he smudged the "96" in the middle of Obama's birth year, but didn't tamper with the two ones (or lowercase L's, as the case may be) that flank it.

55. Official language is English - National language is Sawhili
Kiswahili is the national language and English the official language. That means the government business and education are conducted in English, while Swahili is the most widely spoken language.

In addition to these two languages, most of the people in Kenya also speak what they would call their "mother tongue" - the language that they grew up speaking. While an increasing number of city-dwellers are growing up speaking English, most rural people speak their tribal languages.

Mr. Miller Goes to Washington Starring Dennis Miller (1988) (TV)

This comedy special shows what was to become of Dennis Miller- 2 great TV shows, several movies and a 5 year stinch on Saturday Night Live as a newscaster (the best behind Norm MacDonald). He brings his great comedy to the stage, showing he has had practice in his years on the road (this was later made into an album called the Off-white album). Here, he rants about his days in the south (and a club called I don't get its), the International house of pancakes, a-holes, and many other things. Fun, but not for the dumb people who won't get it (like the people in the South, no offense). A

31. Some things noted by commenter's on another forum

http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index?qid=20090802084549AAN1xrc

That's obviously a forgery. It says "certified copy of registration of birth" when REAL Kenyan birth certificates say, "Authentic registration of birth". I know this because I'm an Kenyan obstetrician.

Look at the orientation of the letters

If you draw lines toward the horizon point of convergence, you see that this is obviously a FAKE.

67. Well, that about sums it up. As of now, WND is saying that it's authentic
because (Gee? Yah think?) Orly Taitz says it is!??!?!?! (What an authority! NOT.)

All it's going to take is another hour or two before someone on this series of tubes posts a real Kenyan BC and it will be obvious this is a fabrication.

My only hope: that that dyed plantinum blonde dentist wannabe lawyer Taitz forked over some coin for this. Ha, ha!

Wasn't ceded to Kenya until December 12, 1963, so BArack Hussein Obama could not have been born in Mombasa, Kenya as there was no Mombasa Kenya on August 4, 1961.

That Dunham chin is unmistakeable. It is also the best identifying characteristic on Annie’s naked pictures.
It's the jawline -- long and narrow. Stanley Ann has it as does her father AND her son. Compare photos of Obama with Barack Sr. and there's virtually no resembling characteristic. His face and facial features are round.

Now, compare photos of Obama with Malcolm X and there's more "there" there, including skin color, forehead shape, skeletal body structure. Listen to X's voice, compare to Obama's vocal intonation. Just sayin...

http://radiopatriot.blogspot.com/2009/06/i-dont-know-what-do-you-think.html

IF I had to guess, I'd say Stanley Ann wasn't quite sure whose sperm hit the egg, so she rolled the dice on Obama Sr.

Didn't find anything significant about that date in Obama's life, but May 7, 1933 is the day FDR delivered his fireside chat outlining the New Deal.

Doesn't really have anything to do with Obama, but I found it interesting. :-)

135. Fireside chat 5/7/33
contents of that fireside are little more parallel that one could imagine. Here are a couple of paragraphs"
May 7, 1933

Radio Address of the President

On a Sunday night a week after my Inauguration I used the radio to tell you about the banking crisis and the measures we were taking to meet it. I think that in that way I made clear to the country various facts that might otherwise have been misunderstood and in general provided a means of understanding which did much to restore confidence.

Tonight, eight weeks later, I come for the second time to give you my report -- in the same spirit and by the same means to tell you about what we have been doing and what we are planning to do.

Two months ago we were facing serious problems. The country was dying by inches. It was dying because trade and commerce had declined to dangerously low levels; prices for basic commodities were such as to destroy the value of the assets of national institutions such as banks, savings banks, insurance companies, and others. These institutions, because of their great needs, were foreclosing mortgages, calling loans, refusing credit. Thus there was actually in process of destruction the property of millions of people who had borrowed money on that property in terms of dollars which had had an entirely different value from the level of March, 1933. That situation in that crisis did not call for any complicated consideration of economic panaceas or fancy plans. We were faced by a condition and not a theory.

There were just two alternatives: The first was to allow the foreclosures to continue, credit to be withheld and money to go into hiding, and thus forcing liquidation and bankruptcy of banks, railroads and insurance companies and a recapitalizing of all business and all property on a lower level. This alternative meant a continuation of what is loosely called "deflation", the net result of which would have been extraordinary hardship on all property owners and, incidentally, extraordinary hardships on all persons working for wages through an increase in unemployment and a further reduction of the wage scale.

<snip>

It is wholly wrong to call the measure that we have taken Government control of farming, control of industry, and control of transportation. It is rather a partnership between Government and farming and industry and transportation, not partnership in profits, for the profits would still go to the citizens, but rather a partnership in planning and partnership to see that the plans are carried out.

Just a little co-inkydink

Why would a predominately Muslim country call it a Christian name?

Oh, I know it might have been a holdover from Empire, but I really can't see it persisting after 1964 when the Republic was founded.

I was thinking at first that the guy who forged this first did a standard letterfold, then folded it in half twice to create the vertical lines. Not so--this is a "M" or "W" fold. Look at them--up, down, up instead of up, down, down.

But if you look at how the other folds work out, after the standard letter fold they turned the document 90 degrees and did another pseudo-letter fold, followed by a fold down the middle.

Very weird.

I'm guessing you looked at internal uniformity of like characters, such as the consistency of the capital A's throughout the document?

Have you found internal like characters that significantly differ from each other?

I'd think it is odd that someone wouldn't use a typewriter to produce a forgery. I've got an old Underwood in the basement, and they aren't hard to come by.

192. His birth was registered on a Saturday, August 5, 1961.
As Daily Kos pointed out, the Kenyan certificate says Obama was born on August 4, and that his birth was registered on August 5th, 1961. August 5, 1961 was a Saturday, according to the historical calendar. http://arc.id.au/Calendar.html

Government offices would have been closed on Saturday, so how was the birth registered?

194. Leonardo Da Vinci put the round seal there
. . . to signify the sacred feminine. Yep, and the three folds, that look like the folds on the Shroud of Turin are obviously pointing to the fact that Christ, Mary Magdelene and their child sailed out of ancient Palestine and lived out their natural lives in the South of France!

197. Another thing... the signature at the bottom
I would think that the "O" would be in perspective with the fold. Instead it looks as though it was "copied" onto the document after the folds were placed.

Secondly, and this has nothing to do with the obvious photoshop job here but what if Obama's birth WAS registered in Kenya? Has anyone asked the question about a Kenyan father "registering" his American born son's birth? Doesn't negate the fact that he was born in Hawaii but maybe it's like wedding announcements. You get married in Vegas but put the announcement in your hometown paper... Just a thought.
