I own a gun thanks to the second amendment, but it does not give me the right to shoot people.

Same with the first amendment. Freedom of speech is one thing, but yelling and interrupting congressmen at town hall meetings is disturbance of the peace.

It's one thing to ask a question, another to yell at a public servant when he is kind enough to answer.
