He's a typical pub with their typical rich sense of entitlement. He migh be spending $2k a year on the site, but would see nothing wrong with pocketing the rest and feeling like he somehow "earned" it.

Bandwidth+office space+legal fees+hardware replacement+that is his primary job.
I think he's a tool, but on 280K, I don't think he's ripping off his user base.
