Where has Robert Kennedy Jr. been? I haven't seen him in any of the shots from
the funeral and other events around Ted Kennedy's death. Have I just missed it?

2. He was definitely there -- there are photos of him at the church, and in a limo afterwards. nt

4. Yes
He was there:

I am fairly sure he made a deliberate effort to avoid the cameras.

5. I think you're right (avoiding cameras)
He was out greeting visitors in Boston and seemed perturbed by the news media with their cameras in his face.

6. Maybe he was stepping aside with others of his generation
to allow more focus on the young kids, Ted's grandchildren and others. Having all the kids there felt like "hope for the future" especially Teddy III and his declaration for a Senate run -- in 2043 when he's 45.

8. He spoke briefly to local news critters in Boston
Outside the JFK Library. Saw it on my teevee.

9. He was there, if not exactly looking for the limelight
He was very close to his uncle, and may not have been in the mood to expound on camera.
One camera team caught up with him, but he didn't speak for long.

At the Democratic Convention last year, he missed giving a lecture because Teddy was
in the hospital the day after his (amazing) speech, not because of the cancer, but
because he was in agonizing pain from kidney stones, and Bobby wanted to stay by him.
