Clark County residents who died over weekend had H1N1 virus

Two more Clark County residents who had the H1N1 virus, also known as swine flu, died over the weekend, the Southern Nevada Health District said today.

The patients were a 41-year-old woman and a 51-year-old man, both of whom had underlying medical conditions.

This brings the total number of deaths to 10 for people who had the virus. Most had underlying medical conditions. The figure does not include a 70-year-old New York tourist who died while visiting Las Vegas.

Currently, two patients remain hospitalized with severe illness.
