How come an investigation for Rangle but none for Vitter?

How come an investigation for Rangle but none for Vitter?
Wasn't Vitters name found in the black book of a prostitution ring? This is the guy who had prostitutes putting diapers on him for sexual gratification for chrissake. Talk about something a person could be blackmailed about if there were photos? But no investigation.

I don't get it?

1. silly comparison. he was a client prostitutes. He confessed to it.
He wasn't arrested at the scene of a crime. there's nothing there to investigate. And sorry, it sure appears as there's serious financial wrongdoing for personal gain by Rangel.
