If Pelosi doesn't handle this wilson affair firmly,
I am afraid she is going to start losing control of their behavior in the House.

Remember when guests were taken out of Shrub's speech because of a T-Shirt?

4. Lets see a good health care plan passed instead of spanking children for temper tantrems
the cure for kids and tantrums is to ignore them- not to change your entire agenda to discipline them.

6. Setting prescedent that house decorum rules are meaningless?
I can appreciate that the freak from SC will be elevated to sainthood over this, but it is procedural, not personal.

12. As if they are mutually exclusive
I vote for healthcare reform AND a spanking for Wilson. Do you think that not punishing Wilson will be reciprocated in any way from the GOP?

And if that doesn't work...:

5. She already allows them to use "DemocRAT" Party.

This word does not exist as an adjective. To use it as such is pejorative and probably violates House rules.

13. Wasn't removing Sheehan for wearing a t-shirt stupid and unnecessary?
Why is that supposed to be an appropriate benchmark for how Congress is run?

The nutjobs want our national discourse to be about idiotic sideshow trivialities like a heckler in Congress, not about public policy. Inflating the significance of this incident only plays into their hands.
