It's getting embarrassing to be a democrat with the way things went in the Finance
Committee.

The Daily Show is just grinding at the Dem's and they deserve it.

There was a movie in the 70's called The Gang That Couldn't Shoot Straight...

Yep...

10. Unfortunately the average citizen doesn't even know what a Blue Dog is...
They just see the Democratic Party floundering as a majority party.

9. We know there is other stuff going on
and Jon touched on some of that like how the wars were going...

He was basically pointing out that GOP is proving to be a very effective minority party and that the Dem's are not acting like they have the majority, a super majority at that. It's almost, to Jon, as if they were afraid to exercise their power.

People here know all about the ins and outs of the legislative and administrative victories but Stewart is talking to a lot of people who are not as engaged as people here.

7. Agree 100% - Jon Stewart said what I've been thinking
In the words of Johnny Rotten, "Ever feel that you've been had?"

The Invincible Super Majority...that folds up like a cheap lawn chair at the slightest nudge.

How do they walk on two feet without any spines? Have they been out of power so long that they can't conceive of taking the offense?

Wake up call to our "representatives": If you blow it this time, you can bet something will happen that will make sure the dems never see the inside of the White House again. You think laws were broken and rights were trampled those last eight years? That's nothing. These people will crush you. That's how bad they want it.

Bitter? Yeah. I'm sick of watching the Dems screw it up every time.
