Its time to let Senator Baucus know how we feel about his
acting like a Republican...
First he obviously follows the orders of the healthcare industry by offering a bill that appears to be drafted by the health insurance companies..
And now he kills the Free Choice Act and it doesn't make it out of committee.."Says it is actually bad for labor and businesses"
This guy is more of a Republican than a Republican..so please call his office, email or fax, whatever, and let him know that you object to killing the Free Choice Act without even a Discussion on the bill

3. I actually didn't yet, but have now, thanks.
Not sure if my note is any good, I wrote it on the fly:

Senator,

I am a strong supporter of the public option, like over 60% of Americans are. I would like to express my extreme displeasure at the bill you've put forward, and your position on this issue, which is assuredly contrary not only to your party's policies, but to the will of the people. Now, I can't compete the the $3+ million dollars you've received over the years from the insurance industry (of which you should be ashamed), but I will certainly do my part to donate what I can to whichever Democrat challenges you in the primaries in your next election.
You sir, should be ashamed of yourself, and should cease calling yourself a Democrat. You should be considered the Senator from Aetna/UnitedHealthcare, etc.
Will you grow a spine and support the policies that the American people support, or continue to bow to your corporate masters?

Regards,
