Ever thought maybe the slaughter would stop if, say, the mentally ill could actually get treatment? If charges were actually filed against stalkers? Or if schools and universities had armed guards (we're willing to protect our money in armored cars with armed guards, but not our precious children)?

It's not the weapon...it's the killers we need to stop. Killers will always find ways to kill people, many of them far worse than guns. 3000 people died on 9/11 when terrorists threatened people with mere carton cutters, to hijack planes--which were, in turn, used as huge weapons to kill thousands of people. As we speak, people are being killed in the Middle East en masse, by suicide bombers...no guns necessary.

Disarming honest, law-abiding people will NOT stop crime or mass killings! Criminals will ALWAYS manage to get weapons, PERIOD.

Remember, it'll cost them at least 50 cents to process the transaction. Also, are you sure you're allowed to post this? If Brady spamming is acceptable in GD, how about fundraising messages from other Republican-run organizations?
