Republicans Test New Delay Tactic On Al Franken: Farting
( I would say this is GWBush inspired )

They might claim the dog did it, or that a load of Adirondack barking spiders invaded the Chamber, but we know the truth: the Republicans' delay tactics just stink, and it would seem burrito night at the Capitol Hill Club is part of the nefarious scheme.

Republicans will do anything and everything to keep the Senate from voting on health care reform, no matter how foul.
And, boy, are they willing to get foul. Air America has unearthed the full audio of their test run in the Senate, which they snuck in on Al Franken as he talked about former pharmaceutical lobbyist John Thune's disingenuous floor speech.
