Calling a spade a spade
Maybe it wouldn't be so bad that corporations can finance candidates devoted to their interests if all of those candidates were required to belong to a single Party, in the interest of full disclosure. The Party would be called the American Fascist Party. Call them what they are, then see how many votes they get.

It is not shrill or alarmist to call what is coming fascist, in fact there is no other good name for it. And it will come, be sure of that. Not only will the win-at-any-cost psyche of corporate America demand it but in fact so will share holders. Because in the end, those who do not, for ethical reasons, buy politicians will lose out to those who, in search of that last dime of profit, will.

It is not shrill or alarmist to fear the wolf at your door.

There will be nothing to impede "absolute control
over every living soul" as Leonard said.

I'm really worried about what this means for the
National Forests and consumer safety.

Think of the implications should we lose all regulatory over sight.

It's bad enough as it is now.
What's the future hold for us with NO division of the branches of government
which were designed to prevent the consolidation of power into too few hands.

Trans nationals, who have allegiance to NO country will now run ours.
