A friend got a job with the census.. just in the nick of time

I had to talk to her, and her husband told me. I do not know exactly what she is doing, or precisely when she started..but lets just say, this is a much needed boost to a family dealing with a lot of medical issues

Hopefully the census will give a good number of people a little breathing room while the economy recovers more, and jobs open up.

I understand manufacturing is increasing.. finally.. that is good.. but to anyone else looking for work.. apply for the census!.. It will keep you going..

Both husband and wife, have been dealing with a number of medical issues the last year and half.. and both were out of work...

Enumerating is mostly evenings and week-ends, so I can still watch the grandbabies for the most part, and bring in some extra money. I can't believe I'm going to get paid to knock and doors and chat with people, lol.

5. Oh I've done canvassing for years

I absolutely love it, which gets me many strange looks during campaign season. This is the first time I will get PAID to do what I love!!
