The Census commercial looks like a waste
Doesn't even make any coherent sense.

2. Yup. Would have been better served by a simple fact-stating ad.
Fill out your census form and be heard.

3. Speaking of the Census. My daughter lives in an adult foster home.
The other day the census worker comes to do a special count of places like hers and nursing homes, etc. Her foster mother is there and so is the lady who comes to bathe her in the mornings before school. He refused to talk to the foster mother and wanted to ask the worker the questions. Because of confidentiality laws they refused to answer his questions. The bath lady has no knowledge of my daughter beyond the hour it takes to bathe her and has no legal right to speak for her.

The foster mother called my daughter's social worker and they did not know what to answer so they called me - her legal guardian. I want her counted but I also want them to respect her legal rights because they will do this to others if they are not stopped. So I finally decided that the foster mother would answer the questions or he could talk to me over the phone. I also have instructed them to ask him BEFORE they answer the questions why he was trying to break the laws of confidentiality. If he makes more trouble I am going over his head to the Census Bureau. If this is how the census workers are treating people no wonder they are not welcome.

4. They should have just spoken with the Administrator...
...to get a head count. That's all they really need.
