Conventional wisdom said Hillary wouldn't accept a position in the Obama administration.

Conventional wisdom said no former Vice-President would openly criticize a new president and attempt to undermine respect for him in the international community.

6. But what it is replaced with is far worse for those that oppose it.
That is the problem and the sadness for some groups.

Its hard to explain, but the system that wants monopoly control can be challenged, public option does that.

Or it can be reformed, breaking up corporations, and by adding tariffs against corporations that ship things that are produced outside of base line standards.

Or the corporations can be abandoned to die on the vine.

If they continue to consolidate, people will not consider what they have to be important, because stuffing leaves in your jacket does not mean you have something of worth.

It just depends on the method seen, and what side a person is on.

I have never followed conventional wisdom. It is manufactured by distortions most of the time.

3. Conventional wisdom says...
I should stop running through large shopping malls naked except for a pair of ruby slippers while screaming, "Auntie Em! Auntie Em!"

Screw conventional wisdom!
