To What Countries Could Rush Limbaugh Flee?

Rush Limbaugh has repeatedly said that "if HCR passes, I am leaving the United States." We know Rush is not a liar, so I guess we'd better take him at his word.

HCR has passed and is now the law of the land in the United States of America.

I've heard that a volunteer group has raised enough money to pay for Rush to purchase a one-way first class international airline ticket to anywhere on the planet.

But where can he go? He is fleeing universal/government run health care systems.

I know that the big English speaking countries like Canada, Great Britain, and Australia are out, completely out.

And don't even talk about France, Germany, Austria or Switzerland, Luxembourg or the Netherlands (although he may find it easier there to procure OxyContin).

Maybe he'd like to connect with his Nordic roots? Nope. Denmark, Finland, Sweden and even Iceland all have universal health care.

Maybe he would like a Mediterranean country? Italy, Greece and Spain are out.

Maybe he wants to be where all the money is. Sorry, China is out, they have universal health care.

Help me find a nice country for this man to emigrate to! ASAP!!

Blue was for universal single payer (like Canada and Britain), green was for universal health care by other means and gray for none.
