I'm looking to change insurance companies ASAP. Meanwhile, stay clear of this company folks. Bad news.

2. Ask you doctor when they allowed an increase in his/her fees!
You can bet that increase is not passing through to them. It stays right in the marketing / lobbying / shareholder profit account.
