My metric for knowing when Obama is doing well and for when he is struggling...


When Obama is doing well and has the GOP on the run: we are beseiged with "birther" stories

When Obama is struggling and the GOP is on the offensive: there aren't many "birther" stories



In the last several days, the amount of "birther" stories in the blogosphere is way up.... yes, due to the Arizona action, but even before that.



That tells me that BHO is on a roll.


When their shitstorm of lies isn't having the desired effect, far right-wing media reflexively goes back to "but...he's not really ONE OF US!!"





We're winning.
