The Arkansas debate is drawing to an end, and Halter looks very good

This debate has not been rip roaring, it has been somewhat nasty but there have no personal exchanges so far. There is a Democratic teabagger of sort up there too, but overall Lincoln's challenger looks very good. She has been snarky and the questions have not done her any good.

I would say she, blanche Lincoln, has lost the debate, but not by much.

Basically all she has to say is rah rah me, and send me back.

2. It is very obvious that you don't understand Arkansas politics.

It doesn't matter who won the debate. Halter just doesn't come across very well and Lincoln has millions of dollars to spend. I don't see Halter even coming close and neither do the pollsters.

The man is well spoken and did not miss a beat during the entire 'debate'. Ms. Lincoln, by contrast, seemed a bit flustered and to be quite honest about it boaring as hell. She made some idiotic comment about 2/3 of the way through that came across as just plain snarky, which didn't mix well with her normal whiney tone, which was also out in full force as she tried to play some sort of queen of the farm routine.

I have family in Arkansas. I grew up there and I spend enough time there to be a resident myself. It is not likely that Halter can win the state and Lincoln has been set up to be defeated. I think it rather likely that a Puke will be elected - probably John Boozman. And whatever you think of Blanche, I can promise you that she's a million times better than Boozman will be.
