No kidding. This is somebody's license plate. I was driving behind the huge pick-up truck yesterday and when we stopped at a stop light I noticed the license plate. I fumbled in my purse for the camera phone, but, unfortunately, my fingers aren't Tech savvy and the light had changed and the truck peeled off. It took a left hand turn before I could catch up with it again.

But it got me to thinking. Since profiling is on everybody's mind these days, it made me wonder about the background and occupation of the driver. Certainly someone who looks Muslim could not possibly get a customized license plate with those words. Surely?

3. I'd ask the state people who issued the license plate. States can reject vanity plates for

many reasons. I don't think that one should be out in public.
