"The National Republican Senatorial Committee has released an ad targeting Ohio Democratic Senate candidate and Lt. Gov. Lee Fisher that plays suggestive music and canned gasps of women over a repeated shot of Fisher with his shirt off, a still frame taken from a scene in a campaign documentary in which Fisher was working on a memo.

The ad seeks to blame Fisher -- who says his focus is on economic development and job creation -- for Ohio's continued economic problems. In the NRSC ad, an out-of-context frame of Fisher with his shirt off and his hand on his chest is juxtaposed with grim Ohio employment figures, suggesting that Fisher's real focus was elsewhere."
