2. For those who don't do Facebook, the regular webpage for DHR...
I posted this last week:

http://www.deepwaterhorizonresponse.com/go/site/2931/

Good source for images and materials, but to be taken with the appropriate grain of salt.

4. Would be nice to see real information
For example, what's the exact composition of the oil being spilled? Is this a trade secret? What are the oil concentrations being measured at different points (I assume they are taking water samples and trying to figure out how much pollution they are causing). Also, it seems to me their claim not to know how much oil is being spilled is bogus. All they need to do is put a camera close to the holes and release something in the oil stream they can pick up so they can watch the speed of the stuff coming out, if they know the area of the oil stream (the cross-section), and they can figure out how fast it's moving, then it's easy to figure out how much is coming out.

5. here is pic
They are currently working on this "Top Hat" contraption.
Looks like they are more concerned about keeping the flow coming, than
stopping the leak for good.

The hole looks small enough where it could be plugged with some
dense material, but of course that is not their objective.

Actual leak.

This is what they are working with.

6. Thanks.
The comments are much more interesting than the bullshit that they're spreading.
