Paul Says Nazism’s Bad Because It’s Big Govt

At a teabagger forum in March, Rand Paul was asked about claims that Nazis were supporting his candidacy.

Rather than explain that, no, Nazi’s are racist skinheads, what’s he do? He says it’s a ridiculous assertion because Nazism was “big government.” He went on to say, “there’s nothing about Nazism that would even appeal remotely to people who like what I stand for because I’m for limited constitutional government.”

And Rand will do his damnedest to fuzz up the record, and while he won't outright deny taking neo-Nazi money for his campaign, in his mind, it's just one more piece of information available to help folks make up their minds. I wonder if he ever he or his dad ever had any contact with the odious Institute for Historical Review, an 80s'-era organization of Holocaust deniers who were unfortunately based in my hometown of Torrance, CA. Back when I was a young pup (and ion the days before caller ID), I would crank call these losers and try to get them to debate me on their bogus positions. It always devolved into them calling me a dirty Jew. For the record, I'm a dirty Eyetalian, but that's OK. I loved harassing them, knowing full well there was no way to reason with these clowns. Immature yes, but I was in my late-teens, early-20s when I would do this. I also seem to recall there was alcohol involved on my part...

I have a feeling old Rand will probably flame-out big time by November and that the average Kentuckian will realize that less government probably isn't going to be such a great idea since it's hardly a wealthy state. Comments such as the above one on Nazism have got to hurt his cause, methinks.

16. I've Met Ron Paul...Nothing Indicates He's Anti-Semetic...

I interviewed him back when he ran for President as a Libertarian and have never seen any quotes attributed to him about either Judaism or the Holocoust. If someone has a link that shows otherwise, please link it. Now being a racist...that's another story...just look at his voting record.

There's very little I find appealing of Paul and even less of Paulbot Jr. No surprise Jr. is getting help from the white supremecists and anti-semites...the GOOP is loaded with them.
