8. How much is enough?

I'm sitting here, staring at that picture, and I feel like steam is shooting out of my eyes and ears. I've been on that beach. I practically grew up across the bay from it, where I have seen similar pictures from Dauphin Island.

Where is the anger? Why are people so fucking passive?
